Draft, last updated November 2, 2026. This policy is being reviewed and may change.
SubFlo is operated by Pyng Labs ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit subflo.org or use SubFlo, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us through the website form: name, company, email, phone and your message.
- Account details for people who sign in: name, work email and role.
- Billing data your company puts into SubFlo: projects, contracts, schedules of values, change orders, pay applications, lien waivers, signatures, and contacts at general contractors.
- Messages from the field: the texts and voice notes foremen send SubFlo, their phone numbers, and the replies SubFlo sends.
- Basic technical data, such as server logs, needed to run and secure the service. We use a sign-in cookie; we don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To prepare, show, sign and send your pay applications and lien waivers, and to send payment reminders you've set up.
- To read field updates with AI so the draft pay app can be filled in. The AI proposes percent complete; amounts are calculated by code.
- To answer you when you contact us, and to run, secure and improve the service.
We don't sell personal information.
Who processes it for us
We use service providers to run SubFlo, and share data with them only to provide the service:
- Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and file storage)
- OpenAI (transcribing voice notes and reading field updates and documents)
- Meta / WhatsApp (sending and receiving messages with the field)
- Resend (sending email, such as pay app packages and reminders)
When you send a pay app, the documents and cover email go to the general contractor contacts you choose.
How long we keep it
We keep your company's data while you use SubFlo, because pay apps and waivers are records you may need later. Ask us and we'll delete it, unless we have to keep something by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information by emailing us. Foremen can stop receiving messages by telling the office or replying to SubFlo.
