These terms cover your use of SubFlo, operated by Pyng Labs ("we"). By using SubFlo you agree to them on behalf of your company.

What SubFlo does

SubFlo helps you prepare pay applications and lien waivers from your contract data and your field's updates, send them to general contractors, and follow up on payment. Nothing is sent to a general contractor until someone at your company approves it.

Your responsibilities

• Review every pay application and waiver before you approve, sign or send it. You are responsible for what your company submits.
• Keep your sign-in links and account secure, and only invite people who should have access.
• Only message people (such as your foremen) who have agreed to hear from your company.
• Don't use SubFlo for anything unlawful or to misrepresent work or amounts.

Your data

Your company owns the data it puts into SubFlo. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI and calculations

SubFlo uses AI to read field updates and documents and to propose percent complete. Dollar amounts are calculated by code from the figures in SubFlo. AI can misread an update, which is why you review and approve each pay app.

Not legal or financial advice

Lien waiver forms and billing documents are provided as tools. Check requirements for your state and contracts, and ask your own advisers when needed.

Pricing

Fees are agreed with your company in writing before you start using SubFlo for billing.

Changes and ending

We may update SubFlo and these terms; we'll tell you about material changes. You can stop using SubFlo at any time and ask us to export or delete your data.
